We have made some changes to our delivery options!
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the overwhelming delays that are currently being experience by Australia Post, we have made some changes to upgrading our service to ensure that you have the option to receive tracking with your order.
You will find that at the checkout there are multiple postage options. The Standard Delivery, or Free Delivery options DO NOT COME WITH TRACKING. If you wish for your items to be shipped with a tracking number, you will need to upgrade to one of our other delivery services before checking out.
We highly recommend upgrading your order to a tracked service, as you will be able to know when your order is in transit, and will be able to recover it if it is not received through Australia Post.

Care instructions
Leather goods-
All leather is hand dyed so please note that there may be a slight colour variation which happens with hand made products. Buying shoes from different dye batches will vary between 1-2%. This stays within the acceptable norm and is not to be treated as a defect. Lolliette strives to present the colours to the best of their ability, please note all computer screens vary.
{CARE CODE}-
Suede and Leather-
Lolliette sources 100% genuine leather from around the world. We highly recommend you spray your new Lolliette leather product with a quality leather protector & continue to condition it with a leather cream. Please do not condition or moisturize metallic leather.
Sizing details
Our shoes are true to size. But if you are unsure of your sizing please measure your foot.

Lolliette's sizing is in EU
We produce women's and children's shoes.
Sizes range from 4-13

Custom and personalised orders
CONDITIONS OF RETURN:
Buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.
Lolliette will only exchange a pair once. Lolliette will only accept your return in its original, unused, undamaged condition with tags still on at our discretion. We are unable to accept returns without bags or with scratched or marked soles. All items must be shipped back within 7 days after they are received to Lolliette’s Head Office.
All custom orders must be paid in FULL before they are ordered.
If you are after a particular colour that is not featured on ETSY please get in touch. Chances are we will be able to source it.
A custom colour that is not in our standard range incurs a $10AUD fee.
